- i) The term "Standards and Specifications" shall mean the Company's standards and specifications, as may be amended from time to time by the Company, in its sole discretion, contained in, and being a part of, the Confidential Information pursuant to which the Franchisee Parties shall develop and operate the Franchised Business in the Designated Area.
