The term of this Franchise Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and continue for 10 years ("Term"). If you would like to operate more than one GR Vehicle, you will be required to purchase an additional franchised business for each GR Vehicle and execute an additional franchise agreement.
You must open your Franchised Business to the public within three months of the Effective Date.
Provide us with written satisfactory evidence of your compliance with the above obligations within 30 days after the effective date of the termination, expiration or Transfer of this Franchise Agreement.
