- Provide you with mandatory and discretionary specifications for the Beverly Ann's Business, including standards and suggested criteria for design, image, and branding of the GRM/GRT and Additional Equipment (Franchise Agreement – Section 13).

- Identify products, supplies, and designated and approved suppliers that you must use to develop and operate the Beverly Ann's Business, and establish minimum standards and specifications that you must satisfy while operating the Beverly Ann's Business (Franchise Agreement – Sections 13).

- Loan to you or make available to you on our website one copy of our Brand Manual. The Brand Manual contains approximately 98 pages. The table of contents for the Brand Manual is attached to this Franchise Disclosure Document as Exhibit E (Franchise Agreement – Section 9.1).

- Provide an initial training program (Franchise Agreement Section 8.1).

- Provide you with the GRM/GRT. We reserve the right to establish requirements regarding the design, image, and branding of the GRM/GRT, and the right to control and approve all content of the GRM/GRT, including the right to use the GRM/GRT to advertise our brand, products, and services (Franchise Agreement – Section 13.13).

- Provide you with advice and guidance regarding your pricing policies in compliance with the applicable laws. We have the right to recommend retail prices and prescribe minimum and/or maximum retail prices for the products and/or services offered and sold at your Beverly Ann's Business, as allowed by law. (Franchise Agreement – Section 13.1).
We do not provide the above services to renewal franchisees and may not provide all of the above services to franchisees that purchase existing Beverly Ann's Businesses.
Schedule for Opening
We estimate that it will take two to 12 weeks after you sign the Franchise Agreement before you open your Beverly Ann's Business. The factors affecting this length of time include the time necessary for you to obtain the GRM/GRT and equipment, schedule your initial training, and hire and train any necessary employees.

According to Beverly Anns Cookie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beverly Ann's Cookie will provide franchisees with mandatory and discretionary specifications for the Beverly Ann's Business. The franchisor also identifies approved suppliers and establishes minimum standards and specifications that franchisees must meet while operating their Beverly Ann's Business. The franchisor reserves the right to establish requirements regarding the design, image, and branding of the GRM/GRT, and they retain control and approval rights over all GRM/GRT content, including its use for advertising the brand, products, and services.
Beverly Ann's Cookie also provides the GRM/GRT to franchisees wrapped in vinyl containing the Beverly Ann's Cookie design and insignia. Franchisees are required to update this wrap every seven years, or sooner if needed, to comply with current System Standards. All updates, vinyl removal, and installation must be performed at an authorized upfit facility, which is currently located in Florence, Kentucky. These measures ensure brand consistency and quality across all franchise locations.
