Does Beverly Anns Cookie provide assistance in locating a site from which to operate the business?

Before you open the Beverly Ann's Business, we (or our affiliate or designees) will provide the following assistance and services to you:
- Agree to the Protected Territory in which you will operate your Beverly Ann's Business before you purchase the Beverly Ann's Franchise. If we cannot agree on a territory location, we will not award you a Beverly Ann's Franchise. Because you do not have to locate a site from which to operate your Beverly Ann's Business, we do not provide you with assistance in doing so. You may open an office, but it is not required and does not need to be approved by us. You must find a location to store the GRM/GRT and any Additional Equipment, which may be at your residence if permitted (Franchise Agreement – Section 4).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beverly Anns Cookie Franchise Disclosure Document, Beverly Anns Cookie does not provide assistance in locating a site from which to operate the business. The FDD states that franchisees are not required to operate from a specific site.
However, franchisees must find a location to store the GRM/GRT (presumably, a Ground Robotics Machine/Ground Robotics Transport) and any Additional Equipment. This storage location may be the franchisee's residence, provided that such storage is permitted.
Prospective franchisees should consider the implications of securing their own storage space, including associated costs and local regulations, as Beverly Anns Cookie does not offer support in this process.
