Answer from 2025 FDD Document

    1. Provide for your GRM/GRT to come wrapped in vinyl containing the Beverly Ann's Cookie design and insignia. You are required to update the wrap every seven years, or sooner, if needed, at your expense to comply with our current System Standards. All necessary updates, removal of vinyl, and installation of vinyl must be performed at an authorized upfit facility. The current authorized upfit facility is currently located in Florence, Kentucky (Franchise Agreement – Section 13.13).

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beverly Anns Cookie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to update the vinyl wrap on their GRM/GRT (presumably a Gourmet Retail Mobile/Gourmet Retail Trailer) every seven years. However, the update may be required sooner if needed to comply with the brand's current System Standards.

The franchisee bears the expense of these updates. All updates, including the removal of old vinyl and installation of new vinyl, must be performed at an authorized upfit facility. Currently, the only authorized upfit facility is located in Florence, Kentucky.

This requirement ensures that all Beverly Anns Cookie GRM/GRTs maintain a consistent and up-to-date brand image. The fact that updates may be needed sooner than seven years if required to comply with System Standards means that franchisees need to be prepared for potential unscheduled expenses to keep their mobile units in compliance.
