What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beverly Anns Cookie Franchise Disclosure Document, the Brand Manual may be modified periodically to reflect changes in System Standards. Beverly Anns Cookie will continue to loan or make available a copy of the Brand Manual on their website, which may consist of electronic media and/or written materials.
This means that as a franchisee, you must stay updated with any changes to the Brand Manual, as these changes will reflect the current System Standards. The Brand Manual contains approximately 98 pages, and the table of contents is attached to the Franchise Disclosure Document as Exhibit E. Franchisees can access the Brand Manual through the Beverly Ann's Cookie website.
It is important to note that Beverly Anns Cookie may communicate these changes through bulletins or other written materials, electronic media, telephone conferences, and/or meetings at their offices or at the franchisee's Beverly Ann's Business. Franchisees should regularly check for updates and ensure they understand and implement any modifications to remain compliant with the franchise agreement.
