- Maintain and administer one or more websites to advertise, market, and promote Beverly Ann's Businesses and the services and products offered (each a "Website") (Franchise Agreement – Section 9.3).
System Website
We have established a website for Beverly Ann's Businesses ("System Website"). Additionally, we reserve the right to develop a local website or local pages on the System Website. If you wish to advertise online, you must follow our online policy, which is contained in our Brand Manual. Our online policy may change as technology and the internet changes. Under our online policy, we may retain the sole right to market on the internet, including all use of websites, domain names, advertising, and co-branding arrangements. We may restrict your use of social media. We may prohibit you from independently marketing on the internet, or using any domain name, address, locator, link, metatag, or search technique with words or symbols similar to the Marks. We intend that any franchisee website will be accessed only through our home page. As long as we maintain a System Website, we will have the right to use the Brand Fund assets to develop, maintain, and update the System Website.
We are only required to reference your Beverly Ann's Business on the System Website while you are in full compliance with your Franchise Agreement and all System Standards. If you are in default of any obligation under the Franchise Agreement or System Standards, then we may temporarily remove references to your Beverly Ann's Business from the System Website until you fully cure the subject default(s) (Franchise Agreement – Section 9.3).

Beverly Anns Cookie may restrict a franchisee's use of social media and prohibit franchisees from independently marketing on the internet or using any domain name, address, locator, link, metatag, or search technique with words or symbols similar to the Marks. Beverly Anns Cookie intends that any franchisee website will be accessed only through their home page. As long as Beverly Anns Cookie maintains a System Website, they will have the right to use the Brand Fund assets to develop, maintain, and update the System Website.
Beverly Anns Cookie is only required to reference a franchisee's Beverly Ann's Business on the System Website while the franchisee is in full compliance with the Franchise Agreement and all System Standards.
