What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beverly Anns Cookie Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to purchase specific items from Beverly Anns Cookie or its affiliate. This includes the initial inventory pack, which contains cookies, baking sheets, storage tubs, and other supplies necessary to start the baking operation. Additionally, franchisees must purchase a graphics package and a Beverly Ann's Cookie welcome box, which includes branded t-shirt uniforms, from Beverly Anns Cookie or its affiliate.

This requirement ensures that Beverly Anns Cookie franchisees maintain a consistent brand image and operational standard. This helps to protect the brand's reputation and ensures that all franchisees meet the company's standards.

While franchisees are required to purchase the initial inventory pack, graphics package, and welcome box from Beverly Anns Cookie or its affiliate, they also have the option to purchase Beverly Ann's Cookie branded merchandise, such as jackets, polos, shirts, and hats, from the company. However, these additional branded items are not mandatory, providing franchisees with some flexibility in their purchasing decisions.
