The Beverly Ann's Business is a mobile business (unless you operate a Fixed Location Business). You will operate your Beverly Ann's Cookie Franchise from a commissary with a walk-in freezer and oven. Franchisees must use a commissary approved by local health authorities. You may also choose to rent an executive suite office or other commercial office space. Depending on your local laws and community rules, you may need to rent or lease storage space for your GRM/GRT at a commissary location or other location. Franchisees are required to store their GRM/GRT in a location that will not be subject to freezing temperatures. Storing the GRM/GRT in freezing temperatures without proper winterization will cause equipment failure that is not covered under any warranty.
