What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beverly Anns Cookie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must find a location to store the GRM/GRT (presumably, a Generic Retail Module/Generic Retail Trailer) and any Additional Equipment. The storage location does not need to be approved by Beverly Anns Cookie.
Beverly Anns Cookie does allow the franchisee to store the GRM/GRT and Additional Equipment at their residence, if permitted.
Because franchisees do not have to locate a site from which to operate their Beverly Ann's Business, Beverly Anns Cookie does not provide assistance in doing so. Franchisees may open an office, but it is not required.
