The names, addresses, and telephone numbers of our current franchisees are attached to this Franchise Disclosure Document as Exhibit F. The name and last known address and telephone number of every current franchisee and every franchisee who has had Beverly Ann's Cookies Franchise terminated, cancelled, not renewed, or otherwise voluntarily or involuntarily ceased to do business under our franchise agreement during the one year period ending December 31, 2024, or who has not communicated with us within ten weeks of the Issuance Date of this Franchise Disclosure Document, is listed in Exhibit F. In some instances, current and former franchisees may sign provisions restricting their ability to speak openly about their experiences with the Beverly Ann's Cookies System. You may wish to speak with current and
former franchisees, but know that not all such franchisees can communicate with you. During the last three fiscal years, certain franchisees have signed confidentiality provisions that would restrict their ability to speak openly about their experience with the Beverly Ann's Cookies System. If you buy a Beverly Ann's Cookies Franchise, your contact information may be disclosed to other buyers when you leave the Franchise System.
