What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beverly Anns Cookie Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is required to pay a non-refundable $5,000 deposit when signing the Franchise Agreement to purchase a Grandma's Recipe Motor Vehicle (GR Vehicle). This deposit is in addition to the initial franchise fee. The remaining balance for the GR Vehicle must be paid in full when the franchisee takes delivery of the vehicle.

This deposit secures the franchisee's commitment to purchasing the GR Vehicle, which is essential for operating the mobile Beverly Anns Cookie business. Because the deposit is non-refundable, prospective franchisees should be certain of their decision before signing the Franchise Agreement.

It is important to note that GR Vehicle payments are non-refundable, meaning that once the full purchase price is paid, the franchisee cannot get their money back. This is a significant financial commitment, and franchisees should carefully consider their ability to manage this expense. However, if a franchisee purchases a Franchised Business with a GRM in 2025, Beverly Anns Cookie will give them a $10,000 discount on the purchase.
