What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beverly Anns Cookie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you transfer your franchise to a new owner, you must pay a transfer fee. The amount of this fee depends on whether the transferee is an existing Beverly Ann's Cookie franchisee. If the transferee is a current franchisee, the transfer fee is $7,500. If the transferee is not a current franchisee, the transfer fee is $10,000, plus an additional $1,000 for each piece of Additional Equipment transferred.

The transfer fee is paid in two parts. First, you must submit a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 at the time you submit your transfer application. The remaining balance of the transfer fee is due at or before the time you complete the approved transfer.

It is important to note that if Beverly Anns Cookie refers the transferee to you or the transferee is a lead of Beverly Anns Cookie, you must pay Beverly Anns Cookie an additional $15,000 in addition to the transfer fee.
