What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beverly Anns Cookie Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must complete their initial training before opening their franchise. The FDD states that a new Beverly Anns Cookie franchise must open to the public within three months of the effective date of the franchise agreement.
Specifically, the franchisee cannot open their Beverly Anns Cookie business before all required attendees have successfully completed the Initial Training. This means that the initial training must be completed before the three-month deadline to open the franchise.
Therefore, a prospective Beverly Anns Cookie franchisee should prioritize completing the initial training as soon as possible after signing the franchise agreement to ensure they can meet the deadline for opening their franchise. Failing to complete the training in time would delay the opening and potentially impact their business launch.
