What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beverly Anns Cookie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a Brand Fund Contribution. The current annual Brand Fund Contribution is $1,000. This contribution is due at the same time as royalty payments or on another date that Beverly Anns Cookie may choose, as detailed in the Brand Manual.

Beverly Anns Cookie retains the right to adjust the Brand Fund Contributions annually by up to 10% with 30 days' notice. Additionally, if a council is established, it may increase the Brand Fund Contributions at any time, provided 75% of the council members approve.

The Brand Fund is used to promote awareness of the Beverly Ann's Cookie brand and to improve the overall system. This means the money is pooled to support marketing and operational improvements that benefit all franchisees.
