Can Beverly Anns Cookie change or dissolve the Brand Fund?

According to Beverly Anns Cookie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beverly Anns Cookie reserves the right to change, merge, re-form, or dissolve the Brand Fund at its discretion.
