you are a transferee signing this Franchise Agreement, the date for determining your GR Vehicle Royalty Schedule will be determined from the date the initial Franchise Agreement was signed for the Franchised Business you are continuing to operate or acquired.
If you purchase Additional Equipment, you will be required to pay additional royalty fees per piece of Additional Equipment that you purchase ("AE Royalty").
