What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional training fees may be charged to franchisees under specific circumstances. If a franchisee requests additional training beyond what is initially provided, or if Bevaris Alliance requires the franchisee to undergo further training, the franchisor has the right to impose additional fees.
The fees charged for this additional training can be either hourly or daily, and Bevaris Alliance may also require reimbursement for expenses related to travel, lodging, and meals incurred during the training period. This means that franchisees need to factor in potential extra costs for training if they feel they need more support or if Bevaris Alliance deems it necessary for them to receive further instruction.
This policy is fairly standard in the franchise industry, as it allows franchisors to cover the costs associated with providing extra training resources. Prospective Bevaris Alliance franchisees should inquire about the typical situations that might necessitate additional training and get an estimate of the potential costs involved to better prepare their financial planning.
