What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is required to pay a Management Fee in the event that Bevaris Alliance manages the franchisee's business. This fee is due and payable on the Tuesday of each week, as applicable.
This implies that the Management Fee is not a standard, ongoing fee but rather a conditional one, triggered only when the franchisor steps in to manage the franchisee's operations. This could occur if the franchisee is unable to manage the business effectively or under other specific circumstances outlined in the franchise agreement.
Prospective franchisees should clarify with Bevaris Alliance the specific conditions under which the franchisor would manage the business and what the scope of that management entails. Understanding the triggers for this fee and the extent of management services provided is crucial for budgeting and operational planning. It is also important to understand how the management fee is calculated.
