- We will provide the following services during your operation of the franchise:
- You will be provided free of charge training at the our designated training site and a minimum of two days of onsite training regarding operation and management, marketing, sales, strategies, product handling, etc. and to verify that you will follow the prescribed standards of operation. A Bevaris representative will be present for on-site training on the first day food service at a school begins and the immediately following day.
- We may periodically visit your business and observe operations for the purpose of advising you with respect to customers, products, vendors, services equipment, inventory, and operational and sales issues related to the Branded Business.
- We may provide you and your staff (when applicable) supplemental training, programs, and an annual conference or convention at a location designated by us. We may require your attendance for up to six days annually for additional training as determined necessary by us.
- We will be available by telephone or e-mail to assist you in your day-to-day operations during normal business hours.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor provides training on a customized basis, but it is at the franchisee's expense. However, Bevaris Alliance also provides free of charge training at their designated training site, as well as a minimum of two days of onsite training regarding operation and management, marketing, sales, strategies, and product handling. This free training is provided to verify that the franchisee will follow the prescribed standards of operation.
In addition to the customized and free training, Bevaris Alliance may periodically offer supplemental training programs and an annual conference or convention. Attendance at additional training sessions for up to six days annually may be required by Bevaris Alliance, if deemed necessary. The FDD also outlines a specific training program that includes both classroom and on-the-job training.
The training program consists of 26 hours of classroom training and 40 hours of on-the-job training, totaling 66 hours. The subjects covered include orientation, guest relations, product orientation, safety/procedure sanitation, back operations, front operations, supervision/administration, advertising/marketing/media, E-learning courses, and onsite training. Most of the training takes place at both the corporate office and a school location, while some, like E-learning courses and advertising/marketing/media, are held exclusively at the corporate office. Onsite training is conducted at the school location.
