What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee cannot commence business operations until the franchisee and at least one other key management personnel have successfully completed the initial training, as determined by Bevaris Alliance, outlined in the Manual. Furthermore, no employee is allowed to work in the Bevaris Alliance franchise until they have successfully completed the training detailed in the Manual, as determined by Bevaris Alliance.

If an employee does not successfully complete the training, the franchisee must ensure that the training is repeated until successful completion. The franchisee is also obligated to ensure that all employees attend any further training that Bevaris Alliance may reasonably require. Bevaris Alliance will charge for such additional training, which will take place at a time and location specified by Bevaris Alliance.

Franchisees must participate in all ongoing training programs specified by Bevaris Alliance. This ensures that franchisees and their staff are adequately trained in the Bevaris Alliance system, maintaining service standards and operational efficiency. This requirement is typical in franchising, as franchisors rely on consistent training to protect brand standards and customer experience across all locations.
