What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training is provided at no additional cost beyond the franchise fee. Bevaris Alliance allows up to three individuals, such as the franchisee, a partner, spouse, or assistant manager, to attend the same training session without incurring extra charges. However, this complimentary training applies only to the initial session.
If a franchisee wishes to send additional attendees to the initial training, or if new trainees require training, Bevaris Alliance charges $500 per day for each person. It is important to note that franchisees are responsible for covering all travel expenses, salaries, and other related costs for themselves and their trainees during the training period.
Furthermore, if the franchisee requests additional training or if Bevaris Alliance requires it, the franchisee may be charged a reasonable hourly or daily fee. In these instances, the franchisee will also need to cover the costs associated with travel, lodging, and meals for the training. This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, where franchisors often provide initial training as part of the franchise fee but charge for subsequent or specialized training.
