- We will provide you with the Bevaris Alliance Manual. This document is confidential and you must treat it as such. We will also provide you with training on a customized basis at your expense.

- We will provide the following services during your operation of the franchise:
- You will be provided free of charge training at the our designated training site and a minimum of two days of onsite training regarding operation and management, marketing, sales, strategies, product handling, etc. and to verify that you will follow the prescribed standards of operation. A Bevaris representative will be present for on-site training on the first day food service at a school begins and the immediately following day.
- We may periodically visit your business and observe operations for the purpose of advising you with respect to customers, products, vendors, services equipment, inventory, and operational and sales issues related to the Branded Business.
- We may provide you and your staff (when applicable) supplemental training, programs, and an annual conference or convention at a location designated by us. We may require your attendance for up to six days annually for additional training as determined necessary by us.
- We will be available by telephone or e-mail to assist you in your day-to-day operations during normal business hours.
- Upon your request or our decision and our discretion, we will send a representative to your business to provide additional assistance and guidance for a fee.
- We will research new products, services, and training methods.
- We will review and approve or disapprove any product, service, equipment, and/or vendor or supplier you wish to have approved for use in the operation of the Branded Business.
- We will review and approve all advertising and promotional materials.
- We will provide you with updated lists of approved suppliers and vendors, equipment, and products and other purchasing specifications for your Branded Business.
- We will provide you suggested prices for products and services.
