Specify the particular computer hardware, peripheral equipment and software to be used.

We will review and approve or disapprove any product, service, equipment, and/or vendor or supplier you wish to have approved for use in the operation of the Branded Business.
We will provide you with updated lists of approved suppliers and vendors, equipment, and products and other purchasing specifications for your Branded Business.
We may periodically visit your business and observe operations for the purpose of advising you with respect to customers, products, vendors, services equipment, inventory, and operational and sales issues related to the Branded Business.
