Answer from 2024 FDD Document

The more specific obligations regarding assisting you in opening your franchise location, on-going support, training, the Bevaris Alliance Manual, computer systems, and advertising are discussed in the paragraphs below.

We will assist you in setting up your Branded Business, which must comply with the specifics set forth in the Bevaris Alliance Manual.

We will provide assistance to help you set up Branded Business in all of the following areas:

  • Operational Guidelines (See Sections 7 through 14 of the Franchise Agreement and the Bevaris Alliance Manual)

  • Set up and supply of initial inventory (See the Bevaris Alliance Manual)

We will maintain the following activities prior to or concurrent with the commencement of your operations:

  • Identify and approve location of the Branded Business.

  • Give you access to one copy of the Manual.

Access will be provided by a computer link.

  • Provide written specifications/names for approved supplies in the Manual.

  • Specify the particular computer hardware, peripheral equipment and software to be used.

  • Provide an initial training program prior to commencing operations for you and up to two other individuals (but in any event you and at least one other key management personnel must attend, potentially a co-owner, spouse or assistant manager).

  • Determine when you have met the requirements to open your Branded Business.

We estimate that there may be an interval of approximately 24 weeks (more or less) between the signing of the Franchise Agreement and the opening of your Branded Business, which may vary based upon such factors as the location and condition of the location you select for your Branded Business, the timing of your initial training, the market you are located in, the extent to which your location must be upgraded or remodeled, the delivery date scheduled for your equipment, supplies and inventory, local laws, rules and regulations and various other factors.
