What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, upon termination of the franchise agreement, a franchisee must immediately stop using the Communications Addresses. These Communication Addresses include telephone numbers, email addresses, and domain names that Bevaris Alliance has specified or approved for the franchisee's business operations.
Furthermore, the franchisee is obligated to assist Bevaris Alliance in making any necessary changes to contractual arrangements with service providers or registrations with regulatory authorities. This assistance includes, at Bevaris Alliance's discretion, terminating the arrangements or transferring the right to use the Communication Addresses back to Bevaris Alliance.
This requirement ensures that after the franchise agreement ends, the franchisee cannot continue to benefit from the goodwill and brand recognition associated with Bevaris Alliance's approved communication channels. It also allows Bevaris Alliance to maintain control over its brand identity and communication strategies, preventing potential confusion or misuse of its established contact information.
