Who is responsible for travel expenses and salaries for trainees attending Bevaris Alliance training?

According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for the travel expenses and salaries of their trainees. While Bevaris Alliance does not charge for the initial training itself beyond the franchise fee, this cost coverage extends only to a limited number of attendees.

Specifically, up to three individuals—the franchisee, their partner, spouse, or assistant manager—can attend the same training session without incurring additional training fees. However, this complimentary training is contingent upon all attendees participating in the same session.

Any additional attendees beyond the initial three, or any new trainees requiring subsequent training, will incur a fee of $500 per day. In addition to these per diem fees for extra trainees, the franchisee is explicitly responsible for covering all travel expenses and salaries associated with their trainees' attendance at Bevaris Alliance training programs.
