Does Bevaris Alliance provide training on a customized basis?

According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, in addition to the standard training program, Bevaris Alliance does provide franchisees with training on a customized basis. However, this customized training is provided at the franchisee's expense.

The standard training program includes a total of 66 hours, with 26 hours of classroom training and 40 hours of on-the-job training. The classroom training takes place at the corporate office, while the on-the-job training is conducted at a school location. The training covers various subjects such as orientation, guest relations, product orientation, safety/procedure sanitation, back operations, front operations, supervision/administration, advertising/marketing/media, e-learning courses, and onsite training.

Franchisees also receive free of charge training at the designated training site and a minimum of two days of onsite training regarding operation and management, marketing, sales, strategies, and product handling. A Bevaris representative will be present for on-site training on the first day food service at a school begins and the immediately following day. Bevaris Alliance may also offer supplemental training programs and an annual conference or convention, with required attendance for up to six days annually.
