Does Bevaris Alliance provide supplemental training programs?

According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bevaris Alliance may provide franchisees and their staff with supplemental training programs. These programs, along with an annual conference or convention, will be held at a location designated by Bevaris Alliance. Bevaris Alliance may also require franchisees to attend up to six days annually for additional training, as deemed necessary by them.

This supplemental training is in addition to the initial training program that Bevaris Alliance provides prior to the commencement of operations for the franchisee and up to two other individuals. At least one other key management personnel, such as a co-owner, spouse, or assistant manager, must attend this initial training.

The initial training program includes a total of 26 hours of classroom training and 40 hours of on-the-job training, for a total of 66 hours. The subjects covered include orientation, guest relations, product orientation, safety/procedure sanitation, back operations, front operations, supervision/administration, advertising/marketing/media, E-learning courses, and onsite training. The training takes place at the corporate office and the school location.
