How will Bevaris Alliance provide specifications, standards, and restrictions for the operation of a Bevaris Alliance franchise?

We may require you to obtain our approval of specific promotional and advertising materials from designated suppliers or sources for as long as you operate your Bevaris Alliance. We will provide you with our Bevaris Alliance Manual and bulletins, notes, or amendments, which will contain the specifications, standards, and restrictions for your operation of your Bevaris Alliance.
As we determine consumer preferences and trends in the marketplace, or develop new marketing techniques, technologies, products, services and materials, we anticipate that we will formulate and modify our standards and specifications as we consider appropriate and useful and notify you through amendments to the Bevaris Alliance Manual via company newsletters and/or bulletins or updated Manual(s). We do not allow you to contract with alternative suppliers.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the specifications, standards, and restrictions for operating a Bevaris Alliance franchise are primarily communicated through the Bevaris Alliance Manual, bulletins, notes, and amendments. The Bevaris Alliance Manual contains critical information, and franchisees must comply with all aspects of it. Franchisees also receive written specifications and names for approved supplies within the manual.
Bevaris Alliance may modify these standards and specifications as they deem appropriate based on consumer preferences, market trends, new marketing techniques, technologies, products, services, and materials. Franchisees will be notified of these changes through amendments to the Bevaris Alliance Manual, company newsletters, and/or bulletins or updated manuals. Franchisees are required to offer and sell only those products and services that Bevaris Alliance has approved and are specifically set forth in the Bevaris Alliance Manual.
Furthermore, Bevaris Alliance will assist franchisees in setting up their Branded Business to ensure compliance with the Bevaris Alliance Manual and that they have all the necessary equipment, supplies, and product inventory to begin their business. Bevaris Alliance may also periodically visit the franchisee's business to observe operations and provide advice on various aspects, including customers, products, vendors, services, equipment, inventory, and operational and sales issues. Franchisees must operate in strict conformity with the methods, procedures, policies, standards, and specifications outlined in the manual and in writing by Bevaris Alliance.
