You must maintain uniforms, signage, equipment, and the Bevaris Alliance location in accordance with the specifications and guidelines that we provide at your expense. From time to time, we may require you to modernize the Bevaris Alliance location in accordance with our updated specifications and guidelines at your expense.
We will provide you with our Bevaris Alliance Manual and bulletins, notes, or amendments, which will contain the specifications, standards, and restrictions for your operation of your Bevaris Alliance.
As we determine consumer preferences and trends in the marketplace, or develop new marketing techniques, technologies, products, services and materials, we anticipate that we will formulate and modify our standards and specifications as we consider appropriate and useful and notify you through amendments to the Bevaris Alliance Manual via company newsletters and/or bulletins or updated Manual(s). We do not allow you to contract with alternative suppliers.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 FDD, Bevaris Alliance requires franchisees to maintain uniforms, signage, equipment, and the Bevaris Alliance location according to the specifications and guidelines that Bevaris Alliance provides. The franchisee is responsible for these expenses. Bevaris Alliance may also require franchisees to modernize the Bevaris Alliance location according to updated specifications and guidelines, also at the franchisee's expense.
These specifications, standards, and restrictions for operating a Bevaris Alliance franchise will be found in the Bevaris Alliance Manual, bulletins, notes, or amendments. These manuals and updates will contain the standards and specifications for the operation of the Bevaris Alliance business. Bevaris Alliance anticipates that they will modify their standards and specifications as they determine consumer preferences and trends in the marketplace, or develop new marketing techniques, technologies, products, services and materials. Franchisees will be notified of these changes through amendments to the Bevaris Alliance Manual via company newsletters and/or bulletins or updated Manual(s).
This means that franchisees must adhere to Bevaris Alliance's standards for the appearance and upkeep of their business. This ensures brand consistency across all locations. Franchisees should be prepared for potential expenses related to maintaining and updating their location to meet Bevaris Alliance's evolving standards. It is also important to note that the franchisee does not have the option to contract with alternative suppliers.
