What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bevaris Alliance will provide franchisees with updated lists of approved suppliers and vendors, equipment, products, and other purchasing specifications for their Branded Business. This ensures franchisees have access to the necessary resources and meet the brand's standards.
Prior to commencing operations, Bevaris Alliance will provide written specifications and names for approved supplies in the Bevaris Alliance Manual. They will also specify the particular computer hardware, peripheral equipment, and software to be used. This pre-opening support is crucial for setting up the Branded Business correctly and efficiently.
Bevaris Alliance also retains the right to review and approve or disapprove any product, service, equipment, and/or vendor or supplier a franchisee wishes to have approved for use in the operation of the Branded Business. This oversight helps maintain quality control and brand consistency across all franchise locations. Franchisees should maintain open communication with Bevaris Alliance regarding any desired changes to suppliers or products to ensure compliance and avoid potential issues.
