What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for the costs associated with additional training. If the franchisee requests additional training, or if Bevaris Alliance requires it, the franchisee must cover a reasonable hourly or daily fee.
In addition to the hourly or daily fee for the training itself, the franchisee is also responsible for reimbursing Bevaris Alliance for travel, lodging, and meals incurred during the additional training. This means that franchisees need to budget not only for the training fees but also for all associated expenses.
This policy is fairly standard in the franchise industry, as it ensures that franchisees who require or desire extra training bear the direct costs, while Bevaris Alliance can offer ongoing support without incurring excessive expenses. Prospective franchisees should consider these potential costs when evaluating the overall investment and operational expenses of a Bevaris Alliance franchise.
