What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, Bevaris Alliance provides ongoing training and support to its franchisees. The FDD includes "Ongoing Training and Support" in Section A: Introduction. This indicates that Bevaris Alliance recognizes the importance of continuous learning and assistance for its franchisees.
Furthermore, the franchise agreement outlines specific training obligations for franchisees and their employees. Franchisees must ensure that they and their key management personnel successfully complete the initial training before starting the business. Additionally, all employees must complete training before working in the Bevaris Alliance business, and any unsuccessful training must be repeated until completed successfully. Bevaris Alliance also requires employees to attend further training as deemed necessary by the franchisor, with associated charges for such training.
Bevaris Alliance may also compel franchisee attendance at supplementary training programs, including on-site visits, training at the franchisor's designated training site, and attendance at an annual convention for up to six calendar days annually. This comprehensive approach to training ensures that franchisees and their staff are well-equipped to operate the Bevaris Alliance business effectively and maintain the brand's standards.
Additionally, Bevaris Alliance may establish a Mystery Shopper Program to monitor the quality of products and services provided by the franchisee's business, contributing to the performance and development of the Bevaris Alliance system. This program serves as a tool for ongoing assessment and improvement, ensuring that franchisees consistently meet the franchisor's standards and customer expectations.
