According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, Bevaris Alliance grants franchisees the right to operate under the name "Bevaris Alliance." Franchisees may also use other current or future trademarks to operate their Branded Business. The trademark BEVARIS ALLIANCE was registered on November 9, 2021. The franchisor registered the trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Bevaris Alliance maintains rules regarding the use of its trademarks. Franchisees cannot use the name or mark as part of a corporate name or with modifying words, designs, or symbols, except for those which Bevaris Alliance licenses to them. Franchisees are prohibited from using Bevaris Alliance's name or trademarks in connection with the sale of unauthorized products or services or in a manner not authorized in writing by Bevaris Alliance.

Franchisees must notify Bevaris Alliance immediately upon learning of any infringement or challenge to the use of their trademarks. Bevaris Alliance will then take action it deems appropriate. While Bevaris Alliance is not required to defend franchisees against claims regarding their use of the trademarks, Bevaris Alliance will reimburse franchisees for their liability and reasonable costs in connection with defending Bevaris Alliance's trademarks, provided that Bevaris Alliance was immediately notified of the infringement or challenge. Franchisees must modify or discontinue the use of a trademark if Bevaris Alliance modifies or discontinues it, in which case Bevaris Alliance will reimburse franchisees for their tangible costs of compliance, such as changing signs. Franchisees are prohibited from directly or indirectly contesting Bevaris Alliance's right to its trademarks, trade secrets, or business techniques that are part of the business.
