We will assist you in material aspects of opening your Branded Business to ensure you are prepared to begin conducting business including ensuring compliance with all aspects of the Manual and ensuring you have all of the necessary equipment, supplies and product inventory to begin your business.
We will assist you in setting up your Branded Business, which must comply with the specifics set forth in the Bevaris Alliance Manual.
We will provide assistance to help you set up Branded Business in all of the following areas:
Operational Guidelines (See Sections 7 through 14 of the Franchise Agreement and the Bevaris Alliance Manual)
Set up and supply of initial inventory (See the Bevaris Alliance Manual)

We will maintain the following activities prior to or concurrent with the commencement of your operations:
Identify and approve location of the Branded Business.
Give you access to one copy of the Manual.
Access will be provided by a computer link.
Provide written specifications/names for approved supplies in the Manual.
Specify the particular computer hardware, peripheral equipment and software to be used.
Provide an initial training program prior to commencing operations for you and up to two other individuals (but in any event you and at least one other key management personnel must attend, potentially a co-owner, spouse or assistant manager).
Determine when you have met the requirements to open your Branded Business.

We estimate that there may be an interval of approximately 24 weeks (more or less) between the signing of the Franchise Agreement and the opening of your Branded Business, which may vary based upon such factors as the location and condition of the location you select for your Branded Business, the timing of your initial training, the market you are located in, the extent to which your location must be upgraded or remodeled, the delivery date scheduled for your equipment, supplies and inventory, local laws, rules and regulations and various other factors.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bevaris Alliance will assist franchisees in material aspects of opening their Branded Business to ensure they are prepared to begin conducting business. This includes ensuring compliance with all aspects of the Bevaris Alliance Manual and ensuring the franchisee has all the necessary equipment, supplies, and product inventory to begin their business. Bevaris Alliance will also assist in setting up the Branded Business to comply with the specifics set forth in the Bevaris Alliance Manual, including operational guidelines and the setup and supply of initial inventory.
Prior to or concurrent with the commencement of operations, Bevaris Alliance will identify and approve the location of the Branded Business, give access to one copy of the Manual via a computer link, provide written specifications/names for approved supplies in the Manual, specify the particular computer hardware, peripheral equipment, and software to be used, and provide an initial training program. This initial training program is for the franchisee and up to two other individuals, with the requirement that the franchisee and at least one other key management personnel (potentially a co-owner, spouse, or assistant manager) must attend. Bevaris Alliance will also determine when the franchisee has met the requirements to open their Branded Business.
The FDD estimates that there may be an interval of approximately 24 weeks (more or less) between signing the Franchise Agreement and opening the Branded Business. This timeframe may vary based on factors such as the location and condition of the selected site, the timing of initial training, the market location, the extent of required upgrades or remodeling, the delivery date for equipment, supplies, and inventory, local laws, rules, and regulations, and various other factors. The initial training program consists of 26 hours of classroom training and 40 hours of on-the-job training, totaling 66 hours. The subjects covered include orientation, guest relations, product orientation, safety/procedure sanitation, back operations, front operations, supervision/administration, advertising/marketing/media, E-learning courses, and onsite training.
