How many hours of classroom training are provided in the Bevaris Alliance orientation program?

According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the orientation program includes 2 hours of classroom training. This training takes place at the corporate office.

In addition to the orientation, Bevaris Alliance provides classroom training in other areas such as Guest Relations (3 hours), Product Orientation (3 hours), Safety/Procedure Sanitation (2 hours), Back Operations (3 hours), Front Operations (3 hours), Supervision/Administration (2 hours), Advertising/Marketing/Media (4 hours), and E-Learning Courses (4 hours). These sessions, excluding E-Learning, are held at both the corporate office and the school location. The E-Learning courses are conducted at the corporate office.

Bevaris Alliance also provides "on-the-job" training. The orientation program does not include any "on-the-job" training. The total classroom training amounts to 26 hours, while "on-the-job" training totals 40 hours. The onsite training consists of 24 hours of "on-the-job" training at the school location.
