What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program includes 2 hours of classroom training dedicated to orientation. This orientation training takes place at the corporate office.
In addition to the classroom training, Bevaris Alliance provides further training in other areas such as guest relations, product orientation, safety/procedure sanitation, back operations, front operations, supervision/administration, advertising/marketing/media, E-learning courses and onsite training. These additional training modules combine for a total of 26 hours of classroom training and 40 hours of on-the-job training, culminating in 66 total hours of training.
Prospective franchisees should consider the location of the training, as some portions occur at the corporate office and others at a school location. The initial training is provided for the franchisee and up to two other individuals, with attendance required for the franchisee and at least one other key management personnel.
