The table specifies that these figures are as of December 31st of each year.
Table No. 3, titled "STATUS OF FRANCHISED FACILITIES FOR YEARS 2021 TO 2023," is also relevant. However, this table does not specify the number of terminations in California, but rather the number of terminations systemwide.
