What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor provides an initial training program at its designated training site. This training covers operation and management, marketing, sales, strategies, and product handling. The purpose of the training is to verify that the franchisee will adhere to the prescribed standards of operation.

For the initial training program, Bevaris Alliance offers this training free of charge for the franchisee, referred to as the 'Individual,' and up to two of the franchisee's employees. This means a total of three people (the franchisee and two employees) can attend the initial training without incurring a direct cost for the training itself.

However, if the franchisee requires further training programs for themselves or their employees beyond the initial training, these additional programs will be provided at cost. The location and timing of such training will be determined by Bevaris Alliance. It is also important to note that no employee can work in the Bevaris Alliance franchise until they have successfully completed the training as set out in the manual.
