What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee employs a manager for their Bevaris Alliance business, that manager must complete the Franchisor's training course. Specifically, the franchisee is prohibited from employing anyone as a manager who has not completed the training and been approved by Bevaris Alliance. This requirement is in place for the entire term of the franchise agreement.

Furthermore, the franchisee cannot commence business operations until all relevant employees have been trained according to the standards outlined in clause 9 of the franchise agreement. This ensures that all staff members, including managers, are adequately prepared before serving customers.

This mandatory training for managers and employees underscores Bevaris Alliance's commitment to maintaining consistent service standards across all franchise locations. Franchisees must ensure that all employees, including managers, complete the required training and meet Bevaris Alliance's approval to avoid potential breaches of the franchise agreement.
