What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to specific requirements regarding notices related to their licensed operation. Bevaris Alliance franchisees are required to attach any notices that Bevaris Alliance requires to products and packaging. They must use only labels, patches, identification, signs, and packaging approved by Bevaris Alliance in connection with their business.
Furthermore, franchisees must give notices in places required by law and as Bevaris Alliance may require, indicating that they are operating under a license from Bevaris Alliance. This ensures customers are aware of the franchise relationship. Franchisees are also obligated to make trade dress updates, including graphics, logos, signage, and other visual elements, to the Franchised Business as required by Bevaris Alliance from time to time.
These stipulations ensure brand consistency and legal compliance across all Bevaris Alliance franchise locations. For a prospective franchisee, this means they must be prepared to implement and maintain all branding and notification standards set by Bevaris Alliance, which may include periodic updates and changes to signage and packaging. Failure to comply with these requirements could result in penalties or termination of the franchise agreement.
