What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must participate in all gift card, loyalty, coupon, and discount programs as required by Bevaris Alliance. Bevaris Alliance retains the right to change or designate additional required or optional services, without any limitations on this right. This means that franchisees are obligated to implement and adhere to any discount programs mandated by Bevaris Alliance.
This requirement ensures uniformity across all Bevaris Alliance franchise locations, maintaining brand consistency and customer expectations. Franchisees must be prepared to adjust their business operations to incorporate these programs, which may include training staff, updating point-of-sale systems, and marketing the promotions to customers.
While participation in discount programs can attract customers and increase sales volume, franchisees should carefully consider the potential impact on their profit margins. It is important to understand the terms of each program, including any associated costs or administrative burdens. Franchisees should also seek clarification from Bevaris Alliance regarding the frequency and scope of these programs to effectively manage their business and financial planning.
