What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, after the termination of the franchise agreement, franchisees must immediately stop using the Communication Addresses that were specified or approved by Bevaris Alliance during the term of the agreement. These Communication Addresses include telephone numbers, email addresses, and domain names.
Furthermore, the franchisee is required to assist Bevaris Alliance in making any necessary changes to contractual arrangements with service providers or registrations with regulatory authorities. This assistance may include terminating the arrangements or transferring the right to use the Communication Addresses to Bevaris Alliance, depending on Bevaris Alliance's discretion.
This obligation ensures that upon termination, the franchisee no longer represents or operates under the Bevaris Alliance brand, and all communications related to the business are managed and controlled by Bevaris Alliance. This is a standard practice in franchising to protect the brand's integrity and customer relationships.
