- We will be available by telephone or e-mail to assist you in your day-to-day operations during normal business hours.
- Upon your request or our decision and our discretion, we will send a representative to your business to provide additional assistance and guidance for a fee.
- We will research new products, services, and training methods.
- We will review and approve or disapprove any product, service, equipment, and/or vendor or supplier you wish to have approved for use in the operation of the Branded Business.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees can contact Bevaris Alliance for assistance with day-to-day operations via telephone or email during normal business hours. This support is part of the ongoing services Bevaris Alliance provides to its franchisees.
In addition to telephone and email support, Bevaris Alliance may periodically visit a franchisee's business to observe operations. These visits are for the purpose of advising the franchisee with respect to customers, products, vendors, services, equipment, inventory, and operational and sales issues related to the Branded Business. Bevaris Alliance also offers supplemental training programs and an annual conference or convention.
Furthermore, Bevaris Alliance may send a representative to a franchisee's business to provide additional assistance and guidance, but this is upon the franchisee's request or Bevaris Alliance's decision and at their discretion, and it comes with a fee. This on-site support is in addition to the initial training and ongoing support provided via phone and email.
