What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use the Franchise Software. Franchisees must also acquire, update, replace, and use any software and hardware that Bevaris Alliance reasonably requires for the business, following the franchisor's instructions and timetable, provided they receive at least sixty days' notice of the hardware specifications.
Finally, franchisees must enter into and comply with software licenses and other agreements related to the Franchise Software, whether with Bevaris Alliance or third-party suppliers. They must adhere strictly to the terms of these agreements and comply with the guidelines in the Manual to properly use the Franchise Software.
