What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to participate in ongoing training programs. Specifically, the franchisee must participate in all ongoing training programs specified by Bevaris Alliance, as outlined in clause 9.3(b) of the franchise agreement.

In addition to mandatory ongoing training, Bevaris Alliance may also compel franchisee attendance at supplementary training programs. These programs can include on-site visits, training at Bevaris Alliance's designated training site, and attendance at an annual convention for up to six calendar days annually. This supplementary training is at Bevaris Alliance's discretion.

Furthermore, Bevaris Alliance requires that all employees of the franchisee complete training. Franchisees must ensure that no employee works in the business until they have successfully completed the training outlined in the manual, in Bevaris Alliance's opinion. If an employee does not successfully complete the training, the franchisee must ensure the training is repeated until successfully completed. Franchisees must also ensure that all employees attend further training as Bevaris Alliance may reasonably require, with the franchisee bearing the costs for such training.
