What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Bevaris Alliance Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to adhere to the franchisor's standards and implement changes as directed. Specifically, Bevaris Alliance franchisees must make trade dress updates, encompassing graphics, logos, signage, and other visual elements, to the Franchised Business as required by the Franchisor from time to time. This obligation ensures brand consistency and alignment across all franchise locations.
Furthermore, Bevaris Alliance franchisees are obligated to use only labels, patches, identification, signs, and packaging approved by the franchisor in connection with their business. They must also attach any notices that the franchisor requires to products and packaging. This control over branding and presentation allows Bevaris Alliance to maintain a uniform image and protect its trademarks.
In addition to physical elements, Bevaris Alliance franchisees must also adopt and utilize the Franchise Software and related technology as reasonably required by the franchisor. This includes purchasing or leasing necessary hardware, entering into software licenses, and contributing to the costs associated with the development and implementation of the Franchise Software. Franchisees must also acquire, update, and replace any software and hardware that the franchisor deems necessary for the business, following the franchisor's instructions and timetable, provided they receive at least sixty days' notice of the hardware specifications. These technology requirements ensure that all franchisees operate on a consistent and up-to-date platform, facilitating efficient communication, data management, and customer service.
