What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bevaris Alliance's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must participate in all gift card, loyalty, coupon, and discount programs as required by the franchisor. Bevaris Alliance retains the right to change or designate additional required or optional services, with no limits on their ability to do so.

This means that as a franchisee, you are obligated to implement and honor any discount or promotional programs that Bevaris Alliance mandates. This could include offering discounts through gift card programs, loyalty programs, or specific coupon promotions. The franchisor has the authority to modify these programs or introduce new ones at any time, and franchisees are expected to comply.

This requirement ensures consistency across all Bevaris Alliance locations and helps maintain brand standards. However, it also means franchisees have limited control over pricing and promotional strategies, as they must adhere to the franchisor's directives. Prospective franchisees should factor this into their business planning and consider how these mandatory programs might affect their profitability and customer acquisition strategies.

While franchisees must participate in required programs, the FDD also states that franchisees must obtain permission from Bevaris Alliance to discount products. This suggests that while franchisees must participate in the franchisor's programs, they need approval for any additional discounting beyond those programs.
