What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 FDD, Bevaris Alliance franchisees must participate in all gift card, loyalty, coupon, and discount programs required by the franchisor. The franchisor also retains the right to change or designate additional required or optional services, without any limitations on this right. This means that franchisees do not have the option to opt out of any mandated promotional programs.

This requirement ensures uniformity across all Bevaris Alliance franchise locations, which helps maintain brand consistency and customer expectations. By participating in these programs, franchisees may attract more customers and increase sales volume. However, franchisees should be aware that these mandatory programs could impact their profit margins, especially if the discounts or promotions are significant.

Prospective franchisees should carefully consider the potential costs and benefits of these mandatory programs. It is important to understand the types of programs Bevaris Alliance typically requires, the frequency of these promotions, and the potential impact on profitability. Franchisees should also inquire about the franchisor's criteria for implementing new programs and whether there is any flexibility in the level of participation required.
